Cognitive (“chemo brain”) symptoms
-
Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CIPN)
-
Lymphoedema

-
-
Would benefit from guidance around safe exercise, self-management strategies, and connection to appropriate support services
Program structure
The program runs over 12 weeks and includes six structured one-on-one consultations, delivered via telehealth or home visits, depending on individual needs and location.
Care is flexible and responsive, recognising that symptoms and capacity can fluctuate during cancer treatment and recovery.
Fees & Rebates
At Cancer Rehab and Recovery, fees vary depending on the type of consultation and delivery method.
Home visit fees may vary depending on location and travel requirements.
Medicare EPC (Chronic Disease Management) and private health rebates may be available for eligible patients. Rebates depend on your referral pathway and individual health fund cover.
Please contact us to discuss your individual circumstances, program options, and any rebates you may be eligible for.

Payment & Cancellations
Private fees apply. Payment is required on the day of consultation.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps ensure availability for other patients requiring care and those on our waiting list being seen as soon as possible. We thank you for your understanding.
