REFERRALS
Referrals to Cancer Rehab and Recovery are welcome from both individuals and health professionals.
Services are available via self-referral or referral from:

General Practitioners (EPC / Chronic Disease Management referrals)

Oncologists and medical specialists

Hospital and cancer services
-
Allied health professionals
-
Life and private health insurance providers

Medicare and private health rebates may be available depending on your referral type and insurance cover.

Self-referrals are also accepted. If you’re unsure whether a referral is required or which rebates apply, please get in touch to discuss your options.

All services are delivered by an ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist with nearly 20 years’ experience, providing evidence-based, clinician-led cancer rehabilitation through telehealth (Australia and NZ) or home visits across selected Melbourne suburbs.
